I like to cook and make nice and healthy dishes with organic products.

I came to Wageningen,-City of Food and Agriculture-, as a student.

Cooking with food became my passion and started Biologisch Restaurant Jan Steen with Steef Bijlmakers en Guido Vonk.

( now called: Eeterei H’eerlijk ) in Wageningen.

It’s a pleasure to let other people taste and enjoy all kind of dishes from cultures all over the world.
